Alexander Dyukov was born on 13 December 1967 in Leningrad. After leaving school in 1985 he entered the Lenin’s Shipbuilding Institute. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1998, Mr. Dyukov took up the post of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of CJSC St-Petersburg Oil Terminal. In 1998 he was Economics director and during 1999 acted as Chief Executive Officer of JSC St-Petersburg SeaPort. In 2000 he resumed his duties in CJSC St-Petersburg Oil Terminal as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2001 he took an IMISP MBA degree. From February 2003 to November 2006 Mr. Dyukov held the post of President of SIBUR. Since November 2006 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC SIBUR Holding. On 23 November 2006 he was appointed Acting President of JSC Gazprom Neft, and on 30 December 2006 he was elected as President of JSC Gazprom Neft. Since January 2008 Mr. Dyukov holds the position of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of JSC Gazprom Neft. |

Born 30 September 1970. 1993: graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (in applied nuclear physics). 1995: graduated from Higher School of Finance at the International University in Moscow. 1999: qualified as a member of the ACCA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants). In 2009, he gained a diploma of the British Institute of Directors (ID). 1995-2000: worked with ricewaterhouseCoopers, starting his career as a consultant and being promoted to audit manager in 2000. 2001-2002: worked as Deputy Head, Financial and Economic Department, CJSC YUKOS EP. 2003-2004: Financial Director, JSC YuganskNeft’egaz (NK Yukos). 2005-2006: Deputy General Director, LLC SIBUR-Russian Tyres. In December 2006 came to work with JSC Gazprom Neft’, as Head of Budget Planning Department. |

Born in 1954. Graduated from Groznyy Oil Institute in 1976 with a degree in chemical technology for oil and gas refining. 1976-1993 – worked at the Sheripov Groznyy Refinery, where he rose through the ranks from machine operator to become refinery director. In 1996, joined SlavNeft’ as Head of the Oil and Oil Products Trading Department and was later appointed the company’s vice president. He joined SibNeft’ (from June 2006 – Gazprom Neft’) as Vice-President for refining and marketing in April 2006. |

Born on 23 November 1967 in the city of Cherkassy. In 1992 he graduated from the Geology Faculty of the Gubkin Moscow Oil and Gas Academy (with honours) with a degree in Oil and Gas Field Geology. In 1997 he was awarded a Master's Degree in Economics by Southern Methodist University (Dallas, USA) and in 2007 he completed a programme for General Managers at the Harvard University Business School. He worked as Senior Geologist of the Oil and Gas Production Workshop, OJSC "Noyabrskneftegaz", Strategic Planning Analyst with AMOCO-Eurasia oil company (Houston, USA), and Senior Economics and Finance Adviser with Gaffney, Cline and Associates consultants (Olton, United Kingdom). In 2001 he took the position of Head of the Strategy Department, LUKOIL Overseas Service Ltd in the company's headquarters in Moscow. In November 2002 he was appointed Regional Director of LUKOIL Overseas in Kazakhstan, Astana. Since February 2008, Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft for Exploration and Production, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. He is in charge of exploration and production of hydrocarbons.

Born on June 19, 1966 in Leningrad. After having served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation he entered St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance; he graduated from the University in 1993 with a degree in Economics and Production Management. From 1993 to 1997 held a position of ZAO DSK-RAS Deputy Director. From 1997 to 1999 occupied the office of ZAO GSK Invest General Director. During 1999 worked as a Head of The Corporate Debts Profit Centre of St. Petersburg North-West branch of Guta Bank Commercial Bank. From 2000 to 2003 held a position of Deputy Head of JSC TorsionInvestmentLimited Representative Office. Starting from 2003, used to work for SIBUR Group, where successively took the positions of Advisor to the President for General Issues and Head of the President Support Section. From May 2006 held the position of Vice President for Administration in SIBUR. Starting from March 2009, Vitaliy V. Baranov works in JSC Gazrpom Neft as a Deputy CEO for Administration. |

Born on 25 March 1965 in Petrozavodsk. In 1987 he graduated with honours from the Military Krasnoznamenny Institute. In 1991-1999 he held various positions at Lengorispolkom and the External Relations Committee of the St. Petersburg Administration. 1999-2000 - Adviser to the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg, Director of Non-Profit Partnership "Asia and Pacific Collaboration Centre". In 2000-2002 he worked in the Administration of the RF President as Adviser of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President to the Northwestern Federal District. In 2001 he graduated from the Northwest Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration. From December 2002-April 2009 he was Director of OJSC Gazprom Representative Office in the People's Republic of China as the regional representative office in the Asia-Pacific Region. Third Class Counsellor of State of the Russian Federation. Mr. Baryshnikov is in charge of issues relating to the Company's international business development, relations with international partners, entry into new international markets, and the implementation of international projects.

Born on November 3, 1966 in Leningrad. In 1991 graduated from the Leningrad Electric and Technical Institute. In 1991-1995 and 1997-2001 he was commercial director of "Radio Baltica" (St. Petersburg). 1995-1997 – Director General of the state-owned TV and radio company "Peterburg – Pyatiy Kanal". In 2001 appointed Deputy CEO of the "Severo-Zapad" Strategic Elaboration Centre. In the same year he was appointed Director of JSC Gazprom Information Policy Department. 2003-2004: CEO of OJSC "Gazprom-Media". Since July 2004 he has been the chairman of OJSC Gazprom-Media's Board of Directors. February 2007: appointed Vice-President JSC Gazprom Neft'. Adviser to Chairman of JSC Gazprom Management Board. From January 2008 he acts as Deputy CEO of JSC "Gazprom neft" for corporate communications and a member of the Management Board. |

She was born on February 5, 1969. In 1993 she graduated from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University named after Uliyanov (Lenin) specializing in electronic devices. In 1999 she graduated from Saint Petersburg State University specializing in law. In 2001 she received the degree of Ph.D. in economics. From 1993 to 1996 she was the executive director of AOZT OSTO. In 1996-1999 she held the position of Director General of Firm Onega plus LLC. From 1999 to 2001 she worked for banking companies such as JSCB SbS Agro and JSCB North-Western O.V.K. holding different positions beginning with a legal advisor and up to the head of the legal department. From 2001 to 2007 she was the Deputy General Director of FGUP Rublevo-Uspensky LOK (therapeutic complex) of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. Prior to the appointment to the position with JSC Gazprom Neft she was the executive director of North-Western Investment Company LLC. |

Born on 13 May 1976 in Moscow. He graduated with honours from M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1998 with a degree in Sociology. He studied at the Open British University (Financial Management) in 2002-2003 and at IMD Business School in 2003-2004. Doctor of Science in Economics, Professor. Prior to 2000 he worked as a consultant and in 2000-2004 he held various positions at YUKOS in Moscow and Western Siberia. In 2001-2002 he worked in Europe and Latin America for Schlumberger (a partnership programme with YUKOS). In 2004-2007 he was Administrative Director of JSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company. Member of the Board of Directors at major companies. In April 2007 he was appointed Vice President of JSC Gazprom Neft. Since January 2008 - member of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom Neft and Deputy General Director for Administration. In February 2009 Mr. Kravchenko was appointed General Director of NIS, the Serbian oil company controlled by JSC Gazprom Neft. Since March 2009 – Deputy General Director for Foreign Assets Management, JSC Gazprom Neft.
